Travel & Areas Covered
​I travel to all sessions outside of London by car, this will be free for distances of up to 10 miles from my home in Leighton Buzzard, LU7. Travel beyond 10 miles will be charged at 0.45p per mile.
Pricing

A free 15 minute no obligation phone/zoom call is the first step to working together, where I can find out more about you, your space and what your goals are.

If necessary I will arrange a time to come to your house to assess the space and discuss in depth what you feel is working and what isn't, this session lasts around an hour. This visit is charged at £25, but will be deducted from the total booking fee if you choose to go ahead with a session/s.

After assessing your space I will send you a quote with an estimate as to the time it will take to complete your project. It is then up to you how many hours you want to book.

I work on a half day and full day basis. A half day is 4 hours with a 15 minute break, this can be arranged for anytime, to end before 6pm. A full day is 8 hours with a half an hour lunch break, from 9.30/10am.

A minimum of 4 hours is required for all bookings.

My rates are as follows
(Monday-Friday):
​
Per hour: £25​
Half day: £100
Full day: £200
​
Weekends: Total fee plus £50.
​

Packages: See below for packages that can be booked as and when you feel you need help.

If you pay for a half/full day, any additional hours will be charged at £25ph.

For large organising jobs where additional organisers are required, a rate per organiser will be discussed with you.

At the time of assessment/quote I will give you an estimate as to how long the work might take and we can plan sessions accordingly. Please note that any number of things can add to this estimated time, I will discuss this with you as we go through the process.

Do you need decluttering support in multiple areas of your home over a number of weeks/months?

When booking a package the fee will be due upfront.

8 hour sessions include a 30 minute lunch break; 4 hour sessions include a 15 minute break.

Deposits & Cancellations
​Deposits: A 50% upfront deposit of the planned session hours will be required to secure your booking (applicable to one off bookings and not packages). Once the session is complete, the remaining fee will be payable upon invoice, as per my terms and conditions, I kindly ask that you take care of this before I leave.​
Cancellations: Cancellations from either party due to unforeseen circumstances will be accepted up to 48 hours before the start of the session with a refund of the initial 50%. If a cancellation from you is sent within 48 hours of the start of the session, the fee will not be eligible for a refund, but the session will be transferable to a different date. I ask that you please let me know with as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule a session.

There may be a discretionary charge of 10% of the remaining balance for short notice cancellations, as this may mean that I am unable to schedule another appointment.
If you cancel a session when I am already on my way to you, a fee for the miles driven, there and back, at 0.45p per mile will be due.
