
How it Works
You might be wondering what happens throughout the process of hiring a professional organiser. Below are the steps after you get in contact.
1. Call/Zoom
I will arrange a free no obligation 15 minute discovery call/zoom with you at your convenience. During this call we will discuss what your wishes are for your space and what your biggest pain points are. We will also talk about the services you might need and your time frame for completing the work. If you would like to set up an introductory phone call, please contact me here.
2. In Person Assessment
If necessary I will arrange a time to come to your home in person. This will allow me to assess the space and discuss your needs in more depth. These sessions are charged at £25 and are deductible if you choose to go ahead with a booking.
3. Booking
If you choose you go ahead with a booking, we will arrange a date and time for the first and potentially subsequent sessions to take place. The session length will either be based on my estimate for completing a certain area or your requirements in terms of hours wanted.
After the assessment I will come up with a plan for the sessions. I'll research and send over any storage solutions we have discussed.
4. Decluttering
& Organising
During the sessions we will sort through your items together, I will help you decide what to keep, donate and/or sell.
Sometimes I will pull out all items at once and categorise them, which helps with decision making. I will then lightly clean the areas I am working in.
Once the decluttering is done I will organise your belongings back in a thoughtful and practical way, and implement solutions if need be. Leaving you with a space that flows and makes you feel lighter.
